Message	Clearance issue is a builder issue. When you say hard life, I have an turbo engine to boost not to drive to the groceries. There are many HP Z here that last more than 5000 miles. But when on rod bearing lets loose and the others look fine then that bearing had an issue to begin with. What killed my engine was the rod bearing not the piston to cylinder wall clearance.
